I am curious, empathetic, collaborative, & believe in positive change. My strengths & passions include creative strategy, creative direction & brand building.

I have a professional & thorough understanding of advertising, design & communications, gained through diverse & holistic experiences within various industries, including research, education & government, both client & agency side, here & abroad, over 20 years.

The intersection of my skills & experience is an enormous benefit as I now focus on both creative strategy & creative direction. I am able to quickly understand client objectives & outcomes, production & running schedules, deadlines & dollars. I know that insightful ideas need to translate into brand exposure & awareness, & ultimately to increase revenue & strengthen customer loyalty. Where possible, I aim to drive purposeful solutions, as well as profitable outcomes.

With a BA in Design, Post Grad studies in Business/Comms, AWARD, UX & Leadership training, I have the ability to think laterally when problem solving.  I aim to deliver unique, holistic & strategic communication solutions.

I seek customer insights with research to create unique, relevant & targeted campaigns, that are outcome driven & demonstrate results. I thrive in curated, agile teams & seek to work with others who are equally curious, thoughtful, creative, collaborative, professional & passionate, bringing diverse backgrounds & perspectives to each project.

I’m proud to currently be on the board for non-profit Creative Women’s Circle (CWC) committee, previously as Head of Communications (AUG 2015 – AUG 2017), & currently as Head of Events (AUG 2017 – present), managing CWC event host representatives nationally, including teams in: Newcastle, Brisbane, Sydney, Gippsland & Melbourne.

Additionally, I host & moderate events for CWC facilitating creative small business conversation, as well as partnerships with Craft Victoria & NGV Design Week 2018 to delivery further reaching conversation.

CWC is a national creative community working in creative industries, meeting & sharing information, inspiration &ideas.

Masterclass facilitator with Craft VIC
Designed and delivered in conjunction with Craft VIC, the Instagram Masterclass was for creative makers & small businesses.
20 students rotated in 4 groups of 5 – for an intensive day of:  IPhone Photography with Sarah Weston; Art Direction: Look & Feel, Styling & Flatlays with Annette Wagner; Narrative, Conversation and Messaging with Lee Sandwith , and; Analytics, Scheduling, third party apps with Anthea Abell.
